How is Business different from Team?
Business includes Max-level AI with 5,000 credits per seat each month and the organization branding, granular admin delegation, domain governance, share-link rules and administration activity described on this page.
Can we control who joins?
Yes. Owners can restrict workspace invitations to approved email domains. Seat capacity is checked before an invitation is created or accepted.
Can we stop public sharing?
Yes. The owner can disable new public web links and can require every new public or restricted link to carry a 1–365 day expiry.
Does the activity trail contain our documents?
No. It records bounded administration events such as role, limit, policy and device changes. It does not include document content, credentials, IP addresses or device identifiers.
Is Lumen end-to-end encrypted?
No. Shared and published documents are encrypted in transit and at rest with server-managed keys. See the Security Centre before using Lumen for regulated or especially sensitive data.
