One workspace. A clear brand. Controls that scale.
Bring documents, data, design, automation and AI into one calm desktop workspace—then give owners the controls to manage people, spending, brand consistency and collaboration.
$44.80 per seat/month (CAD) · 5-seat minimum · about 2.4× the Plus allowance per seat/month
Move faster without giving up clarity or control.
Business combines LumenQube’s complete creative and productivity workspace with organization-level administration.
One complete workbench
PDF, documents, spreadsheets, dashboards, slides, design, video, forms, apps, automation and agentic work in one desktop hub.
Pooled AI capacity
About 2.4× the Plus allowance per purchased seat flows into one organization pool, with default and per-member usage limits.
Consistent brand output
Owners maintain an approved logo, semantic color palette and typography profile that members can add to Canvas Brand Kit.
Delegated administration
Choose whether admins can invite people, manage members and limits, or review and revoke member devices. Administrator roles stay owner-controlled.
Governed collaboration
Decide how far a document may travel—members only, members plus approved domains, or anyone—then approve invitation domains, disable public web links, or require every new share link to expire.
A guest portal you control
Open or close the guest portal for the whole workspace in one switch, and it applies to links that already exist. Require guests to sign in, require a passcode, cap how long a link lives, and decide whether anyone outside may download a PDF or the original file.
Your name on every page
Guests see your logo, colours, wordmark, tagline and message before they open anything—so a recipient always knows whose documents they have been given, and where to ask about them.
A house presentation standard
Turn the workspace brand into the template every deck is built in—including the ones LumenQube’s AI builds. Lock colours and typefaces, stamp the logo, slide numbers and a footer line.
Visible administration
A private, redacted activity trail shows recent workspace changes without storing document content, credentials, IPs or device identifiers.
Monthly or yearly
Pay monthly, or yearly for two months free. Either way the pooled allowance arrives every month, and owners can change tier, seats or cadence in place—the workspace keeps its people, brand and history.

Local-first work, protected cloud features, and controls you can verify.
Ordinary editing stays on the device. Cloud features transmit only what they need. Shared and published documents are protected in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest with server-managed keys; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Business questions, answered.
How is Business different from Team?
Business includes Max-level AI with about 2.4× the Plus allowance per seat each month and the organization branding, granular admin delegation, domain governance, share-link rules and administration activity described on this page.
Can we pay yearly, or move between plans later?
Yes to both. Choose monthly or yearly at checkout — yearly charges ten months for twelve, and the pooled allowance still arrives every month rather than a year at once. Owners can later change tier, seat count or billing cadence from Billing without rebuilding the workspace: members, brand, controls, activity and the remaining pooled allowance all stay in place.
Can we control who joins?
Yes. Owners can restrict workspace invitations to approved email domains. Seat capacity is checked before an invitation is created or accepted.
Can we stop documents leaving the company?
Yes. Collaboration reach has three settings: members of your workspace only, members plus a list of approved partner domains, or anyone. It is checked against the document owner’s workspace, so an editor you delegated to cannot invite past it.
What can we control about the guest portal?
The guest portal is the branded web page anyone outside the app opens your documents in. You can close it for the whole workspace in one switch—which applies to links that already exist, not just new ones—require guests to sign in, require a passcode on every link, cap how long a link lives, and decide whether guests may download a PDF or the original file. Those last two are ceilings: a link cannot grant more than the workspace allows, however it was created.
Will people know the documents came from us?
Always. Every guest page carries your workspace name, logo, colours, wordmark, tagline and an optional message—on the sign-in wall and the passcode prompt as well as the document itself. Attribution is not a setting that can be switched off; the brand options change only how it looks.
Can we stop public sharing?
Yes. The owner can disable new public web links and can require every new public or restricted link to carry a 1–365 day expiry.
Does the activity trail contain our documents?
No. It records bounded administration events such as role, limit, policy and device changes. It does not include document content, credentials, IP addresses or device identifiers.
Is LumenQube end-to-end encrypted?
No. Shared and published documents are encrypted in transit and at rest with server-managed keys. See the Security Centre before using LumenQube for regulated or especially sensitive data.
