Is LumenVideo free?

The editor is free with no trial timer and no watermark. Generating video clips and images with AI is on Pro and above, and the premium video engine on Max and Ultra. Captions and silence removal worked out from the speech in your footage use transcription, which starts on Plus. Cutting, hand-made captions, the standard voiceover, scoring from the audio library and exporting are free.

Is a vertical cut just a cropped landscape one?

No. The format is set in the Direct phase so the edit is composed for it, and reframing tracks the subject instead of centre-cropping.

What does “watching the cut back” mean?

A real pass over the assembled timeline that finds holds that run long, captions that collide with overlays and transitions that fight the beat, and fixes them.

How does it relate to LumenDesign?

They share an art-direction model and a brand kit, and a board can become a production. They are two spaces of one Studio project: the pages you design are the scenes you cut, under one brand kit and art direction, and each space keeps its own planner.
