Top features

A writer that has actually read your sources

Point it at the notes, the workbook and last quarter’s version, and it writes from those rather than from a general impression of what a report sounds like.

  • Sections, tables and content in one pass
  • Rewrite a section without disturbing the rest
  • Tracked changes and checkpoints you can restore

How LumenAgent works in here

Watch it write the report — and stop to ask you.

A real run: it reads your library, drafts the sections, builds the chart from the actual workbook, and waits for you before it replaces a word you wrote. Decline and it takes a different route.

One app, every editor

A document is rarely the only deliverable.

LumenDocs is one editor inside LumenQube. The same agent reads your whole library and hands real work to any other editor’s own agent, so “now make it a deck” is one instruction rather than an afternoon.

Starts hereNotes and a workbook

Meeting notes in LumenNotes, the numbers in a spreadsheet. Both read directly.

Written hereThe twelve-page review

Sections, cover, contents, cited figures and comments where judgement is needed.

Hands offAn eight-slide version

Built by LumenSlides’ own agent, with speaker notes and the same figures.

Hands offA signed PDF

Exported with the layout intact, then signed and sealed in LumenPDF.

The full toolkit

Everything LumenDocs does, and all of it free.

Six groups. No page limits, no watermark, no upsell in the middle of a draft.

Write & edit

The words themselves.

  • Write — full documents, sections, tables and lists
  • Rewrite — one section at a time, the rest untouched
  • Find & replace — across the document, with wording awareness
  • Outline — reorder by dragging headings

Design

Look, not just words.

  • Cover pages — in the document's own theme
  • Contents — page numbers that stay correct
  • Callouts & pull quotes — art-directed, not pasted
  • Columns & page setup — real print layout

Figures

Numbers that stay honest.

  • Charts — built from a workbook, not retyped
  • Stat blocks — the headline numbers, formatted
  • Editable diagrams — flowcharts and timelines you can still change
  • Images — placed, styled and captioned

Review

Before anyone else reads it.

  • Writing preflight — hedges, thin sections, unsupported claims
  • Comments — on the parts that need a human call
  • Tracked changes — with a restore point
  • Citations & footnotes — every figure sourced

Sources

It reads what you already have.

  • Library search — by meaning, not filename
  • Read anything — sheets, PDFs, notes, earlier drafts
  • Attachments — scoped to one conversation
  • The web — when the answer is not in your files

Hand it on

Out of the editor.

  • Export — .docx and .pdf with formatting intact
  • Delegate — a deck, a sheet or a form from the same content
  • Share — a view-only link for someone with nothing installed
  • Print — proper page setup, not a browser print

LumenDocs · common questions

Does it write from my own material or make things up?

From your material. It searches your library, reads the documents and spreadsheets it finds, and cites the figures back to the cell they came from. Where it has no source, the review pass flags the claim rather than leaving it standing.

Will it overwrite what I have already written?

Not without asking. Replacing a document is one of the steps that pauses for approval — that is the gate in the demo above — and every large rewrite leaves a restore point behind.

Do charts stay linked to the spreadsheet?

Yes. A figure points at the cell it came from, so when the workbook changes you are told rather than left with a report that quietly disagrees with it.

Can I export to Word?

Yes — .docx and .pdf, with the layout, styles and tables intact rather than flattened.

Is there a page limit?

No. Writing and editing are free with no page cap and no watermark; only the AI features draw on your allowance.
